For this reason, all sales are considered final once payment has been processed.

Custom and Pre-Order Products

Decorative pillows and similar products are produced specifically for each order.

Once an order is placed:

• orders cannot be cancelled
• orders cannot be returned
• orders cannot be refunded

Customers should review product details carefully before purchasing.

Handmade Variations

Because products are handcrafted, minor variations in fabric placement, texture, or embellishments may occur.

These variations are considered part of the character of handmade work.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within five (3) days of delivery.

Please include:

• order number
• photographs of the product
• photographs of packaging

After review we may offer:

• repair
• replacement
• store credit

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
